These terms outline service usage, billing, installation, refund, support, and customer responsibilities for Airnet Network broadband services.
Introduction
AirnetNetwork.in agrees to provide the services set at the time of registration, and the customer agrees to follow the restrictions and policies described here. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
Services
Airnet Network provides broadband internet services to residential and business customers. The specific services and packages available to you are detailed in your selected service plan, including speed, data limits, subscription period, and related charges.
Eligibility and Registration
To subscribe to broadband services, users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
Installation and Equipment
Airnet Network installs the necessary equipment to provide broadband services. Equipment remains the property of Airnet Network and must be returned upon termination when applicable. Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment in good condition.
Usage Policy
Users are responsible for all content distributed, accessed, or viewed while connected to the service. Users may not post spam, transmit viruses, violate network security, engage in illegal activity, share account credentials, transmit copyrighted material without permission, or use torrent activity prohibited under applicable norms.
Service Availability
Airnet Network strives to provide consistent broadband service, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside Airnet Network's control.
Billing and Payment
Subscription fees and setup fees are billed based on the selected plan. Recurring transactions occur according to the billing cycle. Payments may be accepted by cash, cheque, online payment, money order, monthly payment, semiannual payment, or annual payment as made available by Airnet Network.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees, installation charges, monthly fees, and prepaid plan fees are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or early termination within a billing cycle. Service activation and setup charges are non-refundable.
Right to Cancel
Airnet Network reserves the right to cancel service for any reason without prior notice. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of service terms or declined billing.
Limitation of Liability
Airnet Network is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Liability is limited to the unused balance of the subscription payment where applicable.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
